We are Vaayu Realty. The Wind of Change.
For over six decades, PR Developers built homes rooted in trust, longevity, and integrity across Mumbai’s most enduring neighbourhoods. That foundation remains unchanged.
Vaayu represents the next chapter—born from the belief that real estate today must do more than deliver buildings. It must respond to how cities are evolving, how climate impacts everyday life, and how people expect healthier, more responsible spaces to live in.
With Vaayu, we combine legacy experience with forward-looking design, sustainable construction practices, and long-term thinking—creating homes that are built not just for today, but for the decades ahead.
Our Leadership
Vaayu homes are designed for healthier living, lower energy and water bills, and a cleaner environment.
With smart ventilation, natural light, and eco-friendly materials, every home supports your well-being and adds long-term value. It’s a smarter, greener way to live in Mumbai.

Luxury with a Personal Touch
I wish to share my wonderful experience dealing with PR Developers & Mr. Samir Wadhwani. I had invested in an under construction building in Bandra in the year 2020. It was in peak COVID lockdown period, & I had a discussion with Mr. Samir on the booking day and got assured by him and his team on the building construction date with OC.
